What Christmas Means To Marbury House

Christmas Past  - By Bill Wilson
My best memory of Christmas was getting a three wheeler bike when I was eight  years old, I was the envy of all the kids in the neighborhood.

At eighteen I went into the army. I'd come home for Christmas to be with my mother, she was on her own as my dad was killed in the war.

She was a lovely cook, everything was made from scratch. Christmas cake, pudding and mince pies…… Happy Days….

I loved having a Christmas stocking at the end of my bed, filled with fruits and chocolates and toys.
