Overview:

Reinbek is a superbly appointed two-storey residential care home with a secluded landscaped garden, providing care for older people. The home supports people with varied needs both standard and high dependence. After extensive refurbishment Reinbek now offers long and short term accommodation, all single rooms, for 44 people. 18 rooms have en-suite facilities and people also visit daily to receive support as day care visitors.

The building is fully adapted for wheelchair use and has a high level of specialised equipment for highly dependent people. The outside area and gardens are easily accessible to all, including wheelchair users.

The bedrooms and lounges are located on the ground and first floors, which are accessible by a passenger lift.
Residents are free to furnish their own room with their cherished possessions and are welcome to install their own television and/or telephone.

Our aims are to provide residents with the highest standard of care in a homely environment.

The home is split into four units, each unit is cared for by a designated staff team, which consists of a Care Supervisor, Care Assistants and a Housekeeper.

The residents on the units have the use of a lounge, dining area and a kitchen/kitchenette. Residents and their visitors are welcome to use the kitchen facilities. Specialised bathing/shower rooms are available on each unit.

Reinbek is central to various churches, and different denominations of religion are catered for. Priests/Clergy are also willing to visit on a personal basis.

The home offers a regular activities, displayed on the Notice Board in each living area. Regular professional entertainment is also displayed with details of the visiting artist.
