We would like to thank you and all the staff at Cawood House for the care received by Ann Alice. She assures us that she is being "well looked after"

When we were at the party on 20^th December we were struck at how well dressed the residents were, they were all clean and those who were able to get about looked as if they were well nourished, I understand that their Christmas lunch was excellent. The dining room was beautifully decorated for the party and the tables were lovely.

A visit to Ann's room to deliver her cards showed it was clean and tidy. Matching pillowslip and duvet cover and her toilet was immaculate.

We always receive a warm welcome when we visit so thank you all again.
