Award season is in full swing and a group of our Borough Care employees had the incredible opportunity to attend an awards evening at the Natural History Museum last night!
What a spectacular venue! We were truly honoured to have been shortlisted in the category of Best Strategy for Supporting Employee Health & Wellbeing at the 2025 Appreciation Awards.
A huge thank you to Reward Gateway for an evening to remember, set in breathtaking surroundings… we could definitely get used to the award ceremony lifestyle! It was also a pleasure to be in the company of fellow northerner, Paddy McGuinness, who hosted the evening and provided plenty of laughs!
Whilst we didn’t take home the win this time, to be a finalist was particularly meaningful for us. We’ve invested a significant amount of time and focus on employee wellbeing over the past 12 months, so to have this dedication recognised alongside so many other fantastic organisations was a truly special achievement.
Congratulations to Homes for Students, who were the deserving category winner and to all the finalists and winners of the evening.
