For the third year running, Borough Care has been officially recognised as a Great Place To Work UK!
This year, 71% of our colleagues took part in the survey — up from 67% last year — sharing their honest experiences of life at Borough Care. That feedback is incredibly valuable, helping us celebrate what we’re doing well and focus on where we can continue to improve.

For the second year running, we’ve also been recognised on the UK’s Best Workplaces for Women list — and we’re thrilled to have climbed from 85th place last year to 49th this year!
Creating a workplace where women feel valued, supported and able to thrive is something we care deeply about, so this recognition means a great deal to us.
