Last week, Borough Care’s CEO, Rob Jackson, and HR Director, Janette Woodward, attended Onvero’s Annual Reception at the House of Lords in London.
Onvero is an organisation that helps employers create more inclusive workplaces and is also the organisation behind the TIDE (Talent, Inclusion and Diversity Evaluation) Awards. Earlier this year, Borough Care was proud to achieve a Silver TIDE Award, recognising our commitment to building an inclusive workplace where colleagues feel valued, supported and able to thrive.
The event brought together organisations committed to advancing inclusion, providing an opportunity to hear from inspiring guest speakers, share ideas and learn from others working to create more inclusive workplaces and communities.
Rob and Janette also enjoyed networking with representatives from a range of organisations, exchanging insights and discussing best practice in fostering inclusive cultures.
The evening offered valuable perspectives and meaningful conversations that support Borough Care’s ongoing commitment to inclusion, belonging and creating positive experiences for both colleagues and residents.
