Another week at Borough Care means another week of activities and celebrations for our lovely residents. Let’s take a look at what they got up to this week.
Taking the train
Lisburne Court had a screen fitted so that residents can enjoy a virtual train ride experience. Here’s Tom and Ged having a relaxing time with some tea and biscuits.
A day at the movies
Silverdale held a movie-themed event complete with party food, dressing up as characters and of course, popcorn.
A 92nd birthday celebration
Theresa at Lisbrune Court celebrated her 92nd birthday with plenty of dancing and delicious cake. Here’s Theresa being surprised with her birthday cake.
Flower power
Lisburne Court’s flower arranging session resulted in some beautiful bouquets.
Specialist care in a luxury setting
If you haven’t heard the news yet – we’ve opened a brand new, 66-bed care home in Leek, Staffordshire. Hen Cloud House offers specialist dementia care for your loved ones as well as luxury facilities (there’s even a cinema room and sweet shop!).
