Speaking about this year’s results, Great Place To Work shared:

To create the 2026 UK’s Best Workplaces List, Great Place to Work reviewed hundreds of responses from employee surveys alongside Culture Audit™ submissions from leaders at each organisation. This helped them compare what companies say they offer their employees with the culture people actually experience at work every day. Only organisations that achieve the very highest scores through this process are recognised on the UK’s Best Workplaces List, making it a truly meaningful achievement.

To celebrate, members of our Central Support Team visited all our homes to deliver Borough Care chocolate bars, 🍫🍫🍫🍫🍫 with one for every colleague to enjoy whilst reflecting on this fantastic achievement together. What makes this recognition even more meaningful for us is that it’s based on employee feedback. Our employee voices and experiences helped make this possible and continue to shape how we grow as an organisation.
