For over 30 years, we’ve supported residents of all ages, abilities, and backgrounds to live life to the fullest. Our homes are full of colour, culture, and creativity, bringing together different beliefs, identities, and experiences to create a lively, welcoming community. Here, everyone feels valued, respected, and free to enjoy ‘Life in Colour’ – a place where differences aren’t just noticed, they’re celebrated, shared, and woven into everything we do.

We work closely with residents, families, colleagues, and local communities to understand hopes, preferences, and concerns. Through focus groups, research, and partnerships with organisations like Vegetarian for Life, we make our homes more inclusive, culturally sensitive, and welcoming. From celebrating diverse traditions to expanding dining options, we aim to ensure every resident feels seen, supported, and able to thrive in a caring, vibrant environment.

From Pride to International Women’s Day and Mental Health Awareness Week, we make space for every voice to be heard. In our care homes, colleagues share foods from their cultures, while across Borough Care we champion gender-inclusive language, pronouns, fair pay, diverse recruitment, and flexible working. Every step we take is about creating a workplace and community where everyone feels valued, included, and respected.
