You’ll be setting the direction in creating a safe, welcoming, and joyful home where residents feel valued, connected, and cared for every day. Supporting and guiding a passionate team, you’ll help shape meaningful moments, laughter, and companionship, while bringing our Borough Care values to life in everything you do.
A key part of the role is welcoming prospective families into the home.
You’ll guide them through tours, answer questions, and share what makes each home special; its warm environment, friendly team and vibrant community.
You’ll support families through the admissions process, helping them feel confident and reassured that their loved one will be cared for with compassion and respect.
