Clean, well-organised, homely. I feel reassured that my dad is not lonely, as I know staff members visit his room regularly and involve him in the activities taking place. Quick action was taken when my dad has required a nurse or doctor to visit and communication between the home, my dad and the family has been consistently good. Staff are friendly, cheerful and always professional.Suzanne W (Daughter of Resident)
