Reinbek is a beautiful Victorian two-storey building situated in the heart of Davenport.
Recently refurbished, the home is wholly adapted for wheelchair use and provides specialised equipment for highly dependent residents with accommodation for up to 46 older people. Five of the bedrooms are Premier rooms, including TV’s, telephones and personal fridges, offering the option of self-sufficient living for our more independent residents.
There is a large and sheltered landscaped back garden with various focal points, including a pond, a rockery, a greenhouse for a spot of gardening and a purpose-built pergola. The garden features ample seating for those wishing to relax outdoors.
Some of Reinbek’s communal areas boast traditional wood panelling and period features which make it feel like a true home. This grandeur lends itself well to the library room and the home has its very own vintage tea rooms, for those looking to socialise or enjoy a cup of tea in a traditional china cup.
‘Hydration stations’ are a new feature for Reinbek, offering residents a change of scenery and the ideal spot to meet with visitors and family and have a cold or hot drink of their choice.
A warm, inviting and friendly environment with plenty of places to relax, whether that’s by our pond or in one of our many comfortable quiet lounges – Kelly Beech, Former Reinbek Manager
