Kirsten has been an integral part of the Hen Cloud House team since its opening day in 2021. She began her journey as a Night Senior, before progressing to Deputy Manager, and then Manager. With over a decade of experience in the care sector, Kirsten is deeply committed to ensuring that each resident at Hen Cloud House is recognised as an individual. She is passionate about learning their unique life stories and strives to make sure they experience a vibrant and fulfilling life within the community.
