Meadway Court is a purpose built, dementia-friendly care home located in a quiet corner of Bramhall, close to the village centre. The home has excellent links within the community, with both residents and staff volunteering at the local Church, and Bramhall Scouts regularly visiting.
The home offers attractive and safe garden areas around which residents can stroll, sit out, or just admire from the bright and airy conservatory. It’s also home to a resident cat, Paddy, who brings much comfort and joy
With bedrooms to accommodate 42 people, Meadway Court encourages relaxation with regular aromatherapy sessions as well as interaction and stimulation through its inviting games room, set up with chequers, draughts, chess and scrabble. Residents are encouraged to journey ‘down the rabbit hole’ with regular tea parties in the Mad Hatter’s themed tea room.
All of our homes benefit from a dedicated Activity and Lifestyle Facilitator, affectionately known as ALF’s. They are responsible for delivering a varied and engaging daily programme of events, excursions and activities for all our residents. Find out more here.
“Meadway is so relaxed. The staff and relatives have amazing relationships and we’ve built real friendships, with plenty of banter! I’ve never seen this in any other care home I’ve worked in.” – Anne Cowgill, Previous Manager
Our team of highly trained and experienced staff are dedicated to delivering compassionate and dignified care, whether that is for respite residents, long-stay residents or End of Life Care.
