The Employee Awards is our opportunity to recognise and reward the hard work and dedication of our staff. This year’s awards did exactly that. Recognising those special employees who have gone the extra mile to achieve something great.
2018 was bigger and better than ever, with more nominations, guests and awards given out than ever before. The standard of our shortlisted nominees was incredibly high. The judging panel had a really tough job singling out our winners, demonstrating that we are improving the levels of service and care we offer our residents year on year.
Taking place the same day as the Employee Awards ceremony at Edgeley Park was our annual Learning Afternoon. This has become a not-to-be-missed date in the diary: a chance for all staff (not just those who have been nominated for an award) to network, share learning and hear from speakers such as Oomph!, Apetito, and EDUCATE.
